Xmas at the ICC

Jean Pierre Bemba, Bosco Ntaganda and Laurent Gbagbo aren’t exactly friends with their fellow African Fatou Bensouda, chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.

All three of them have been accused of various crimes and are in detention in The Hague. Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta is in the waiting room. His trial is expected to begin early 2014, although Bensouda on 19 December asked for the case to be ajourned for lack of evidence.
